Digital Cloud UK is a fast-growing Microsoft technology and digital transformation consultancy working with SMEs across the UK. We’re looking for a friendly, experienced Finance Manager to join our team part-time and help keep our finances sharp, simple, and scalable.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting and forecasting
- Track and report on financial performance, including profit & loss, cash flow, and balance sheets
- Oversee day-to-day cash flow and working capital
- Maintain financial records using Xero and ensure up-to-date reconciliations
- Handle VAT returns, payroll journals, and bank payments
- Monitor company spending and highlight areas for cost improvement
- Support compliance with tax and financial regulations
- Provide clear, jargon-free financial updates to company directors
- Work closely with the wider team to align financials with project and business goals
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role within an SME environment
- Strong working knowledge of Xero
- Excellent understanding of financial statements, budgets, and cash flow
- Commercial awareness and ability to think strategically
- Friendly, down-to-earth personality and good communicator
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently
